Fruit Salsa Recipe

(Makes 3 1/2 cups – 1 Serving = 1/2 cup)
2 kiwi
1 1/2 cups strawberries
2 small bananas
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 lemon

Directions to make marinade:
1. Peel and chop the kiwi.
2. Rinse the strawberries in cold water, remove the stems, and chop.
3. Juice the lemon.
4. Chop the bananas and brush with fresh lemon juice.
5. Rinse the raspberries and blackberries.
6. Combine all the fruit and serve with cinnamon-sugar pita chips. Yum!
