Dino Egg – Fruit Dip

Dino Egg - Fruit Dip

(Makes 2 cups – 1 serving = 1/2 cup)
1 peach
1 nectarine
1 Dinosaur Egg (Kingsburg Orchard)

1. Using a paring knife, carefully run the knife around each piece of fruit cutting to the pit. Pull apart the fruit.
2. Use a spoon to take out the pit.
3. Chop the peach, nectarine and the Dinosaur Egg.
4. Toss them together in a bowl.
5. Serve the fruit dip with cinnamon-sugar pita chips. You did it! Yum!
